The house of Nikki is and is simply beautiful among the olive fences! We felt super comfortable from the first few minutes. There is a wonderful pool and a great terrace where we had breakfast every morning. Nikki was always available and gave us great tips for things to do on the island. We would go back to this house right away :))

A very nice accommodation in a quiet location. It was hard to find at first because the navigation had some problems to find the road. But Nikki was available at any time and could also help in all cases. If you have a car there is a very good location and some shopping facilities. The equipment in the house is sufficient and perfect for a short stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Thank you Nikki for the amazing service and experience. We had a wonderful time at this airbnb with an amazing view of the hillside olive farms. It is very peaceful and an experience you must have. The bbq and pool were a great addition to this stay. The location is great for exploring Kissamos side of the island, absolutely loved it.

Nikki’s communication was excellent throughout the trip and helped to recommend local activities, offered to help us with car rental and provided us with contacts for reliable food delivery, in house chef’s and Taxi’s etc…
Advice for someone staying in this villa would be to rent a car. It’s a necessity to get anywhere. We had a large Suzuki that was fantastic and easily handled the tricky Cretan roads.
While peaceful I feel obliged to mention the noice generated by the Cicada bugs was at times fairly loud. However, it wasn’t difficult to tune it out and put on music in the background.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and across 7 days managed to only sample what the beautiful island has to offer. It’s safe to say we’re already planning to return to see Nikki soon.

Nikki’s place is just as described and consistent with the other reviews too. Great location and modern. The pool area is great and plenty of space to eat and cook outside. The cicadas (crickets) can be a little loud in the day but by sunset they go to sleep. Check in was easy and great communication throughout - handy that she lives round the corner and her husband came over quickly when we had difficulty opening the door. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

The house is fantastic! A lot of privacy in beautiful and quiet surroundings and a wonderful private pool! The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. The place really is a home away from home and we were very comfortable and happy that we got to stay in such a special place. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook and prepare breakfast; good wifi, a lot of space to store clothes and nice ACs in the bedrooms! Parking space in front of the house (you need a car to get around as the house is in the middle of olive tree hills) is great, too. Several supermarkets and restaurants are close by and you get to all the great beaches in the western part of the island in approx. an hour. Nikki was a great host and helped us with everything we needed!

My family and I have traveled many places (Jordan, Spain, Cuba, France, Africa, etc…) and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. Centrally located to all the main tourist areas on the west side of the island, but also comfortable enough to stay in and enjoy the scenery and pool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Rent a car and go explore!

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki’s villa. The villa is in a great location on the nice part of the island away from the crowds and loudness of the cities but still close enough to the most beautiful beaches on the island and all amenities. The villa itself is big and had everything we could have needed, down to numerous different types of entertainment. Nikki was also a very great host. She was incredibly helpful and kind, easy to get ahold of and we were comfortable asking her for help of any kind. 100% recommend this villa and host.

Nikki's place was amazing, it's much bigger than in the photos and the views around are astonishing.
The kitchen is fully kitted out, bed is very comfortable and the pool is just perfect.

From the house you have a great view of olive groves and to the left you can also see the sea. This peace totally decelerates. Our hosts were awesome and we felt really cared for.

We loved the location, among olive trees and close to the beach and shops. The calm and relaxation are at the appointment without any consideration. The services are of good quality and the welcome is warm. the house is perfectly equipped and the pool is a very nice plus. The owner’s hospitality was perfect, and we highly recommend it!

Superb villa with large and very nice pool. A home made for children with safety barriers, books and lots of toys. Very comfortable bedding.

s war für uns ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht und trotzdem etwas unternehmen möchte. Alle Annehmlichkeiten (Restaurants, Supermarkt etc.) sind schnell erreichbar. Mietwagen vorausgesetzt. Nikki ist eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Loved our stay at Nikki's very peaceful location up in the olive groves. Nice short drive down to the shore, close enough to Chania as well as the main attraction beaches Elafonissi, Balos, and Falasarna. Toys for kids was a big plus. Nikki was very responsive, proactive, good recommendations. Wish we could stay longer in Crete. Thank you.

Świetne miejsce wypadowe na wszystkie plaze zachodniej Krety, bliskość Chanii jest też duża zaletą. Spokojne miejsce z basenem, w którym można wypocząć po słonecznych eskapadach.

it was really nice to stay at Nikkis place. the house is perfect for couple with children and the view of the garden and balcony is stunning with a beautiful sunset on the olive fields and far seaside..the kitchen is well painted and you have everything you need in the house. Nikki even gave us some local restaurants recommendations which were very nice. we would love to come back:)

Super accueil. L'hôte est très réactive et aux petits soins. La maison est très bien, proche de plusieurs endroits touristiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il est toute fois obligatoire d'avoir une voiture.

Notre séjour a été très agréable. La piscine était parfaite et que dire de la vue! Tout simplement wow!! Le logement était propre et peut très bien accommoder 2 familles de 4 personnes. Nous recommandons! Par contre, il faut absolument avoir une voiture pour s'y rendre et pour les déplacements.

Es war einfach außergewöhnlich, perfekt, wunderschön - ohne Worte! Der schönste Ort für uns überhaupt, man kann es nicht anders sagen. Wir haben schon viel gesehen und erlebt aber das war einfach anders: es war ein Ort der Ruhe, dieser Ausblick so beruhigend und traumhaft! Wir haben jede Sekunde dieser Woche genossen und werden definitiv zurückkommen. Niki hat jederzeit innerhalb von Sekunden geantwortet und uns mit Tipps versorgt! Wie kann man so einen schönen Ort kreieren? Sauber, hübsch, mit allem was man braucht. Kindgerecht mit Spielzeugen für kleine und einem Gitter sowohl oben an der Treppe als auch zum Pool! Und dieser Pool... einfach unbeschreiblich! Wir waren so traurig heute fahren zu müssen! Niki wir kommen wieder!!! Übrigens: eine vorherige Bewertung schrieb von bellenden Hunden in der Nacht: die gab es nicht, keinen einzigen!! Hatte mir aufgrund der Bewertung Sorgen gemacht aber es war die Stille überhaupt!!!

Die Villa war perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es war alles genauso wie beschrieben und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Supermärkte und Strände waren auch in der Nähe. Wir würden nochmal in diese Villa kommen!

Wunderschönes Haus in idyllischer und ruhiger Umgebung. Ausstattung verfügt über nahezu alles... Spielsachen für die Kids, Luftmatratzen für den Pool, Schirm für den Strand, Bluetooth Musik Box, Handtücher für drinnen u. draußen, usw. (die Liste liesse sich noch beliebig fortsetzen) verschönern & erleichtern einem den Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Villa. Dazu kommt noch ein super netter & hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin Nikki. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
